The dragon attack in Hogsmeade yesterday was horrendous. I was at the hospital due to my training, and while it was extremely educational I cannot say that I gathered any pleasure from seeing so many people in such pain. I hope that all my friends and extended family were safe. Hopefully he will be caught soon and this will not happen again.

They were hardly older than we are.

GREGORIUS ROSIER
I am sorry I have been so delayed to report to you. I have been struggling to keep my mother under control so that she doesn't know that I am sick with the inferi virus. She believes I have dragon pox, and that is what I have told St. Mungo's as they expected me in to begin training already. Keeping my mother under control is all I can manage to do at my present state. I am sorry for failing you.

My apologies in being so quiet. I have been ill with the Dragon Pox for the past few days. I found it difficult to lift my quill to write to you. I still look forward to meeting with your Muggle friends.

I am sorry to see that your job prospects have not been as positive as you had hoped. My mother is willing to write you a letter of recommendation if that could assist you.

DEATH EATERS c/o 1978/79
My mother almost stumbled upon Unforgivable practices but it worked out to my advantage. She has proven herself to be the most wonderful target to practice the imperius curse. I wish she had a stronger will, I would have better practice out of her. But now as it is I do not need to worry about her coming up behind me while I am practicing. I thought I might suggest it to those of you that would rather practice on people instead of on creatures.

CLASS OF 1979
I hope you do not mind my forwardness, but I was wondering how all of you are getting on in your time away from Hogwarts. I hope you are finding plenty of ways to use your time wisely and that those of you who are not planning on a career that requires waiting on your N.E.W.T. results are doing well. I fear it will be very easy for all of us to go on our separate ways and forget each other.

BONNIE
I have been considering your invitation for some time. Are you quite sure you would like me to take a risk in meeting your Muggle friends?

DEATH EATERS c/o 1978/79
I have begun seeing a Muggleborn in a romantic fashion. However I do not want you to think that I actually have an ounce of feeling toward her. Bonnie Kirke's Scottish accent is as irritating as Gladys Gudgeon's insipid conversation was. I like that it bothers my father and I think dating mudblood wenches with the appearance of affection is one of the best ways I can continue my strong cover. I do not want you to be surprised if you see us speaking more than amicably in public. My mother likes to think I am just sowing my wild oats, which is fine with me. I'll settle down with something worthy when I've finished my training.

BONNIE
Shall I pick you up tomorrow afternoon? I'll bring lunch.

I would like more training, if I may have it.

DEATH EATERS
Regulus and I are at the home of the Lestranges. He was knocked out with a spell and I had to get him away from the vigilante. Unfortunately I could not finish her without risking greater danger to him.

I have now been a passenger on the Hogwarts Express for the last time. It was an emotional journey for me, I am sure others can empathize. While I am glad to finally be able to enter the adult world, I leave behind many friends and memories. Being Head Boy for Hogwarts was a dream realized for me, and I hope that I have performed the job admirably and that Imogen and I are somehow leaving the school better than it was.

But as I unpack my trunk for the last time I must say that I look forward to applying for Healer training this summer and beginning a career of service even grander than I experienced as Head Boy of Hogwarts. My greatest regret is that I must wait until September to begin training, but I look forward to volunteering in the meantime.

I would also like to say congratulations to Hufflepuff for winning the House Cup. Obviously I had hoped that Ravenclaw would have it this year, but I will not begrudge you your happiness.

REGULUS
At least it wasn't Gryffindor.

Settling in well?

I eagerly await being under your tutelage more directly. Please let me know if there is anything I should be doing in the meantime.

REGULUS BLACK
It's good to see how effective our stealing the quill is. Not only did we get invited to be among the Death Eaters, but we've also but a magical child where she belongs. I'm looking forward to getting to do much more for the sake of Purity once we get out of school. It's become much more tedious since meeting the Dark Lord.
Best of luck to Hufflepuff and Slytherin this weekend. I'm sure it'll be a good game, and a fair one. I'll be taking time out of my studying to watch. Couldn't miss my best mate's last game.
